What we actually do

We buy houses directly from homeowners with our own funds and our own capital partners, and we pay cash. Some we renovate and hold as rentals, some we resell, and some we buy on terms that work better for the seller than a lump sum would. We are not a franchise, not a national brand, and not a lead-generation site that sells your information to a list of strangers.

Where we buy

Huntersville and the surrounding Charlotte metro: Mecklenburg County and the counties around it — Cabarrus, Catawba, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Rowan and Union. If your property sits just outside that footprint, call anyway. Worst case we tell you it is not a fit, and point you to someone it is a fit for.

Inherited and probate property

A large share of what we buy is inherited. That work looks different from an ordinary sale: there are multiple heirs to coordinate, an estate that may still be open, an executor with a fiduciary duty, sometimes a property nobody has set foot in for a year. We are used to moving at the estate's pace and working alongside the attorney, rather than pushing for a fast signature.

How we deal with people

Most people contact us once in their lives, at a moment they did not plan for. So: we give you a real number, we explain how we got to it, we tell you when listing would serve you better, and if you say no we do not put you on a drip campaign and chase you for a year.
